RETURNS

Return policy lasts 14 days, the buyer must return the item within 14 days. Bradley B Mugar(Anaheim Jewelry) does NOT offer returns on items that are delivered as described. If the item has a problem or is not as described Bradley B Mugar reserves the right to fix the problem and/or deliver the correct item within 14 days of receiving the item back in Bradley B Mugar’s possession. If Bradley B Mugar cannot fix the item or replace it within that timeframe, Bradley B Mugar will be responsible for the refund. Refunds will only be given if all items that were delivered to the buyer have been returned to Bradley B Mugar.

If 14 days have passed since the item was delivered and the buyer does not contact Bradley B Mugar by email, detailing that there is an issue Bradley B Mugar cannot offer a refund. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging. To complete a return, receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please do not send your purchase back without contacting Bradley B Mugar by email as we need to assure that the item is insured during transit. Bradley B Mugar is not responsible for items lost or stolen during transit if Bradley B Mugar’s shipping label is not used. There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted for the item return (at Bradley B Mugar’s discretion). Any item not in its original condition or is damaged/missing parts for any reason not due to Bradley B Mugar’s error is not refundable. Returns are not accepted after 14 days after delivery.

 

EXCHANGES

Exchanges cannot be made on items that are special order. The buyer will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for exchanging the item. As with returns, exchange requests must be made by email within 14 days of you receiving the item. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received. It must be in the original packaging. To complete the exchange, Bradley B Mugar requires a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back without contacting Bradley B Mugar by email as the item needs to be insured during transit. Bradley B Mugar is not responsible for items lost or stolen during transit if Bradley B Mugar’s shipping label is not used. There are certain situations where only partial credit may be granted for the item exchange (at Bradley B Mugar’s discretion). Any item not in its original condition or is damaged/missing parts for any reason not due to Bradley B Mugar’s error is not refundable. Exchanges are not accepted after 14 days after delivery.

 

REFUNDS

Once the return is received and inspected, Bradley B Mugar will send an email to notify receipt of returned item. The buyer will be notified of the approval or rejection of the refund.

If buyer is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days of refund being approved.

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If refund hasn't arrived, first check your bank account again. Then contact the credit card company, it may take some time before the refund is officially posted. Next contact the bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted by the credit card company.
